Return and Refund Policy

 

Breath of Light always take care when packaging our products for posting.  If in the rare event your order arrives damaged, please contact us asap with photos of the damaged item then we can arrange a replacement.

 

Our customers are very important to us, if your product which arrived damaged has sold out, we will refund you for the damaged item.

 

I am sure you will love our products, however if you need to return your item please return the undamaged product, (post at your expense) including accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
